Hampton Inn & Suites Millington

It was a good stay I just didn’t prefer how rude the receptionist’s tone was to say that I was going to get charged for the entirety of the night when I checked out at 3pm, I knew I was still going to get charged for it but her attitude was nasty & rude towards me plus I haven’t received the $150 deposit back into my account. It was an African american woman at the front desk. But otherwise the stay was good the room & facilities were really clean & remaining staff was polite.

Will definitelybe staying again

The room was very spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast.

The halls needed to be vacuumed. When we entered the hotel, the trash on the floor we were on was overflowing, with popcorn on the floor. The next time we walked by the trash had been taken out, but the popcorn was still on the floor.

Property is well maintained

The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The property is in a quite location with dining and shops all around. The down side was the bed was hard as a rock, phones didn't work, and the tv has a blue hue to it and was not fixable.

Staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating

Toilet constantly ran, tub didn't drain, heat in room made loud noises. Heat in conference room didn't work.

Two night stay don't clean everyday per front desk I specifically asked to be clean and wasn't
