Hampton Inn & Suites Millington

Terrible. Room wasn’t available and we were handed a map and said go to our other hotel 15 miles down the road. That was a bad and dirty hotel. People were rude and clearly didn’t care about our reservation or anything associated with Hotels.com as it appeared to be a rate issue

The breakfast was not up to par with A lot of blank spaces on the buffet and no bacon. The juicer was out and she added watermelon kiwi water - not a way to start my morning.

We traveled during a winter advisory. The side door for unloading and loading the next morning was covered in ice. They prepped the front door but it was treacherous at all the other doors. Even on the return trip the ice and snow was still there. I think the pet fee is too high and $75 when we stayed at another location for the wedding it was $25.

I’m still waiting on my $200 deposit back 3 weeks later and I was told 2-3 days after the stay I need my deposits please

Holding on my deposit for 3 weeks now, I love the Hampton and area always visit never had to wait this long on a deposit

I love my stay here and Harrison! This hotel had such comfortable beds and was so clean and everyone was so friendly.
