Clean/comfy room Decent breakfast

Couldn’t get digital key to work even with front desk help Smelled funky because of a coffee processor next door No view to speak of Pricey for this type of town

The breakfast at this hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and kind. The common areas and the rooms were clean. The coffee was bold and hot. It met all my expectations.

We loved the atmosphere. The staff was wonderful.

We stayed in room # 203 king size bed was so UNCOMFORTABLE. THAT we left a day early. The bed was so hard and the frame that was under the bed was so loud.

Breakfast hot choices were not good

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was exactly where I needed it. The price was outstanding for the quality of the hotel.

The beds weren't as comfortable as they used to be when I stayed there in previous years.

Didn’t get any sleep. Due to the train coming middle of the night and blowing the horn a few times that woke me up (which my husband thought that wouldn’t happen after a certain time since he was there at the holiday inn couple weeks prior and didn’t hear it but I’m thinking he slept through it) and then I was woken up again from next door to us being extremely loud around 5am or so and sounded like slamming their drawers so I had enough and couldn’t go back to sleep so I got in shower after 630am since all the noise disrupters gave me a huge migraine. Came out lil after 7am and the room on other side was either playing music or watching music really loud for almost 45 min. I was getting mad. Where is the common courtesy of not being loud so early in the morning for others? Then during breakfast there was an older lady hacking and coughing all over the place. I just wanted to hurry and get out of there and leave and go home.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

A staff member serving breakfast on 2 of the days we were there was very rude. She gave us dirty looks and when we were packed up and walking out of the hotel she said “yay, there going home”
