The younger gentleman at the desk overnight on July 4th (Friday into Saturday), I believe his name was Dustin?? He was super helpful and friendly. He made a great start to our day after a long night/drive. His customer service was top notch and the smile that came with is was beyond genuine. Our family is going to be coming to that area frequently over the next year, and so far this has been the best place we've stayed. We will definitely be returning. The only complaint we had was that the bathroom wasnt the cleanest when we arrived and we had to go get toilet paper from the front desk. The hot tub was down, which was a bummer, but we understand these things happen. Everything else was great and those little things didn't impact our stay what so ever.
