A more affordable hotel in a city where they run pretty expensive. Basic facilities but clean. Breakfast included but extremely basic. I had a ground floor room that had only blackout curtains i.e. either dark with them drawn or no privacy at all.

Some of the best service..all staff is nice and very helpful. Amy has went over and beyond to make this a family environment, service anybof our needs and has exceeded my expectations!!! the breakfast is like eating at a family owned restaurant. The owner has made so many improvements and continued daily to upgrade and make this a fantastic Stay for our group!

"Maybe Next Time "

I guess the expectation is to have a room that you believe no one has been in before ā€¦ not about fancy or upgrades just clean and comfortable. That feeling was lacking added to that was no hot water in the morning and sub par breakfast. Marcus at the front desk was the bright light in a lackluster stay. Maybe there were problems but that should have been communicated. Better luck next time!
