The lock on my door was broken. I was on the first floor near an exit door. I felt a little unsafe. The check-in person was nice as was the person at the desk when I checked out. There was breakfast ready when I left early in the morning.

Have enjoyed our stay so far. The ladies at the front desk have been amazing, Amy went above and beyond this morning. She was very helpful and made sure to accommodate us. The rooms were super clean..the waffles were amazing I actually came down for seconds towards closing the sheets were clean and the workers were super attentive. Amy who helped me out really knew her job, was super nice and helped me extend my stay in a nicely done fashion. Thank you microtel for a smooth stay much appreciated!!

I just signed up for Wyndham rewards in April of this year and I came back to South Bend for my work travels and when checking the front desk staff Amy noticed I was a platinum member and told me about all of the perks that come with then rewards and my platinum status. Amy was lovely she made are trip easy and fun. The hotel was very clean and staff was amazingly helpful. The rates were very affordable and the breakfast was good. Location is in perfect not far from downtown and right off the highway. Highly recommended

I had a fantastic experience, From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the room was. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities. The location was perfect close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, making it easy to get a restful sleep.
