We stayed at Sareeraya Villas and Suites for 7 nights from 6th to 13th June as a family of 3 with our 8-year-old son, in Luxury Villa 109 with pool access. Our stay was top notch from start to finish. The villa was stunning – spacious, beautifully designed, and having direct pool access made it perfect for both relaxing and keeping our son entertained. Everything about the villa exceeded our expectations for comfort and privacy. But what truly made this trip special was the staff and service. Simply amazing. The team was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond without being intrusive. They made our family feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. We loved everything about Sareeraya – the setting, the villa, the service. It set the bar high for Koh Samui. We will definitely choose Sareeraya again on our next visit.

Everything about our stay was simply amazing!

Sehr persönlicher und freundlicher Umgang des Personals. Die Superior Suites mit Meerblick sind außergewöhnlich schon. Gegenüber gibt es einen 7/11, einen ATM, Laundry und Massagen / Jet-Ski am Strand. Chaweng Night Market erreicht man in 15 Gehminuten. Der Caiphi an der Bar ist spitze!

Die Lage war ok. Die Aussicht ist auch sehr schön!

Der private strandbereich war nicht sauber. Er wurde nur auf Bitten gesäubert. Es lagerte sich viel Plastikmüll aus dem Meer und sogar ein fischskelett mit Kopf haben wir vorhefunden. Beim Nachbarhotel war alles sauber am Strand. Zudem gibt es zu viele Stellen im Pool, an denen sich Ölartige Farbe an den Händen, Körper und Kleidungen abgetan hat. Mit einem Kleinkind im Wasser ein absolutes Unding. Auch die Reaktion des Hotels, nachdem Bilder gemacht wurden von allem, ist eines 5 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Hier besteht ganz klar eine potentielle Gefahr und Handlungsbedarf. Das Frühstück ist kaum zu empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind verglichen mit anderen Hotels in Thailand eher unfreundlich.

Das Personal, allesamt sehr höflich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant The Chef‘s ist besonders lecker, immer frisch mit allerlei Auswahl.

Der Strand ist leicht steinig, aber durch den angenehm kühlen Pool macht es das wett.
