Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If the credit card is not presented upon check-in, a new payment will be taken and the amount paid earlier will be refunded. Depending on the type of credit card, the hotel will deduct the bank transaction fee automatically and does not accept any liability or responsibility for any cost incurred during the refund process. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the property directly, using the contact details on your booking confirmation, to arrange for third-party billing.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
