I am very disappointed with this hotel. We reserved four rooms and ended up being charged twice: once through Booking.com and once directly by the hotel. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, the hotel has not responded or resolved the issue, even a month after our stay.

I am very disappointed with my stay. We booked 4 rooms and were charged twice: once through Booking.com and once directly by the hotel. Despite repeated attempts to contact the hotel, we have received no response or resolution regarding the double charge, even a month later. This issue ruin my vacation.

I am very disappointed. Our extended family booked 4 rooms and were charged twice for each room: once via Booking.com and once directly by the hotel. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, we have not received any response or refund, even a month after our stay. This issue ruin our vacation and must say that this is not a service of 5 stars hotel.

-Lärm Wasserboote -Bar und Chef's Table -keine gute Stimmung -Frühstücksbuttef war ok -Essen auch ok aber nicht outstanding für ein 5 Sternen Hotel -Am Morgen um 6h00 haben Angestellte sehr laut gesprochen und uns geweckt- auch nach der Reklamation wurde nicht besser - Preisleistung stimmt nicht überein

Családias, nyugodt igényes környezet. Kedves szemelyzet, Tágas szoba, gyönyörű kilátás.

Hangos a klíma. Szep a tengerpart, de a szomszedos szallodaknak is gyakrabban kellene takaritani a partot.

The most expensive villas are fine, yet some of the staff don’t speak English good which is unacceptable for 5 star hotel.

What i hated and i couldn’t believe was the breakfast and the extremely unbelievably mentality of the management of the place or the lack of it. What i mean is that the breakfast was the poorest i have even seen, less options than a 3 star hotel. They give you JUICES FROM BOXES instead of fresh ones ans this is in Thailand…They offer you mango shake but YOU MUST PAY IT. The coffee in the morning is worse than the paid one, they make from different machine and source. They don’t have any healthy options for food almost. I have never seen such a shame in a 5 star hotel in my life!

Avslappnat, bra service och välskött. Jag vill särskilt framhålla strandvakten som hela tiden var på sin vakt och hade koll på vilka som hörde till hotellet och vilka som inte gjorde det.

Vårt rum hade en liten doft av fukt.
