Many thanks to Suzanne and Metin for their incredible entertainment! The atmosphere here truly feels warm, friendly, and like being part of a family. Everything is excellent, they’re always ready to assist, give helpful advice, and recommend the best excursions and sights to visit. I’d like to return to this wonderful hotel and these kind, genuine people again. The location is perfect, and staying in a cozy cave-style room with comfortable beds was an unforgettable experience.

Dal mio arrivo all’hotel sono rimasto colpito dalla straordinaria disponibilità e attenzione che i proprietari dedicano agli ospiti: non è solo un hotel, è una famiglia che accoglie con calore. Ogni richiesta è stata trattata con prontezza e gentilezza: non solo “sì, vediamo cosa si può fare”, ma un impegno concreto a rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Quando ho chiesto un consiglio su ristoranti locali, non hanno esitato: mi hanno suggerito posti autentici, non turistici, con passione e conoscenza. L’attenzione al dettaglio è evidente: le stanze impeccabili, la pulizia che va al di là delle aspettative, i piccoli accorgimenti che fanno sentire subito “a casa”. I proprietari sono sempre presenti, con un sorriso sincero, mai formale, mai distaccato — si percepisce che ci tengono davvero. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo diventa qualcosa di speciale in una struttura così: non si paga solo una camera in una cava, si riceve cura, cortesia, rispetto e disponibilità in ogni momento. Ci siamo sentiti accolti. Consiglio questo hotel a chiunque cerchi non solo un posto dove dormire, ma un’esperienza fatta di ospitalità vera. Bravissimi, grazie di cuore per aver reso il mio soggiorno memorabile.

We loved the cave rooms and beautiful terrace. Staff helped book different trips/excursions. Gave recommendations for which hikes to do, in case you want to save some money while seeing the most beautiful scenery

The staff were super friendly and helped us organized activities and even helped get all our luggage into the taxis. The terrace is perfect to see hot air balloons and the breakfast is delicious. Wonderful stay and would come back!

The location is perfect, in the old part of town with fantastic views over Göreme. You can watch the balloons going up in the morning from the terasse. Memet and Sue are the BEST hosts, so friendly and welcoming with lots of advice and they seem to genuinely enjoy getting to know their guests. We stayed in an 'Economic' cave room, it had the best shower we have had in Turkey and a very comfy bed. It was great value for money.

Everything was great. We didn't like leaving.
