Семейный бизнес. Хозяин очень радушный и участливый. Персонал учитывает пожелания гостей. Работники не заходят в комнаты без приглашения, только если гость попросит прибрать. Гостям предлагаются туры и карта местности; хозяин может подсказать интересные места и как туда добраться. Гостиница заслуживает дополнительной звезды за старания персонала :)

Всё хорошо, но если вы (гость) предпочитаете свести контакты с малознакомыми людьми к минимуму, этот вариант размещения вам может не подойти.

호텔 오너인 수잔은 첫이상도 좋았지만 친절하고 상냥함이.넘치는 분이고 아침에 호텔에서 바라보는 벌룬은 기억에 오래 남을것 같다.

수잔과 남편이 운영하는 동굴 숙소인데 매우 친절하고 항상 밝은 모습이 건강해보이고 행복스럽게보인다. 동굴임에도 실내가 넓고 인터넷 속도도 빠르다. 아침엔 루프 탑에서 바라보는 벌룬의 대행진을 감상하며 괴레메의 자연의 톡특함을 만끽할수 있었다. 다음 방문 기회가 있가면 당연 coco hotel을 선택할거다.

Un séjour vraiment agréable ! L’hospitalité du propriétaire est à la fois très professionnelle et sincère, ce qui fait toute la différence. On ressent immédiatement la chaleur et l’attention propres aux établissements à taille humaine, bien loin de l’accueil impersonnel que l’on retrouve souvent dans les grands hôtels gérés par du personnel distant. Une belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter !

Dormir dans une grotte paraît agréable en photo mais en réalité c'est différent. Manque de luminosité, humidité (heureusement il y avait un appareil pour cela) et sable sur les murs qui peut s'effriter
