Breakfast was ok.

If you arrive late then they leave you a room key on an envelope at the door, but they haven’t contacted me beforehand to let me know about it, claiming they could not send message via booking App. Besides the room they assigned me was used by some guests to change clothes after using the Spa and it was not cleaned up after. They said that I could have called to ask for a room change, but as they don’t have 24 hour reception during winter time I would have to wait for someone to come to the hotel late at night. They offered me the breakfast as compensation.
