When we arrived we had to wait some time for anyone to come to reception to check in. Room was ok but the floor was pretty grubby. We had no hot water, we told them & she said the plumber was working on it. We did get hot water not long after, then our air conditioning wiuldt work. It was about 30 degrees so pretty hot. We told them & we went out for a drink & by the time we got back it had been fixed. So pretty good service. Breakfast was very good.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location in central Solsona. Exceptionally friendly helpful staff with superb English language skills. Informative and very welcoming. Bed and bathroom were well appointed with lovely washing products.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

La habitación es perfecta, moderna con muebles sencillos y prácticos, armario espacioso y baño grande también moderno y con su TV de dimensiones adecuada al espacio. Con pequeña nevera, pero no funcionaba bien, que por cierto se me olvidó comunicarle a recepción

Location was perfect and there was a secure garage space. Breakfast and options for dinner were good too. Dinner didn't start till 8.30 so rather late for us Brits but there was an excellent tapas menu so we chose from that.

The fridge didn't seem to be working and neither did the safe but we only stayed one night so not too bothered. Despite this we really liked the hotel.

We really like the location of the hotel, but definitely needs a renovation, especially the carpet of the rooms.

The attention of the reception staff was tremendously bad. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again
