During summer, Goa climate is humid and hot. Reastaurant must be cool and refreshing. Restaurant must have air conditioner.

Made to feel welcome by the reception staff. The breakfast was excellent, had a large selection of food to choose from and staff serving in the restaurant were very attentive. A very large complex with beautifully kept grounds leading to the beach.

We booked a room for 3 adults and was given a room with a large double bed. There was no single bed for the third adult. Everything in the room was setup for 2 people... 2 cups, 2 glasses etc. Had to ask for extra towels. Felt a bit exposed as there was no frosting on the main glass doors or windows as one had to lift the blinds to get extra light into the room. It would have been nice to have been acknowledged by other staff with a smile. The rooms could do with an upgrade eg: Install USB sockets, improve the WiFi signal, put frosting on the main glass doors.

Price to what you get ratio: not great. Outdated room for 170 EUR is not reasonable

Beautiful hotel and lovely grounds. Breakfast was the best we had in any of the hotels we stayed in. Loved the fact you walk through the grounds to the beach. I want to give a mention to Ibraham who went above and beyond to help us.

Our bed was so hard so had to get a mattress topper, but was no issue as they provided 2!
