Many. 1. The dal ordered for room service came with a prawn shell. 2. Housekeeping never broomed/wiped the room inspite of the service request 3. Room serviice standard and attention to detail was poor. 4. The bedsheet had small holes in them. 5. Wifi quality was very poor.

1. Wifi connectivity was pathetic 2. New year gala night could have organised better, long queues. 3. For medical assistance, response from the front office staff was irresponsible.

Room was good

Food was not good. During breakfast no one looking at the guest even though guest are less. Plates was not there , spoon , tissue paper , slat , table Mat all are missing , staff was present but they are not looking , food refill not happening, order food not delivered on the table. Keep reminding but still no action taken. Housing keeping staff was good.
