Worst hotel experience of my life. The room reeked of mildew. We tried to stay for one night but I was sick by morning. We asked for another room but they were completely booked so put us in another hotel next door (club music playing until 2am and no hot water.) We needed to go to another city after checkout so they referred us to a company who sold us a ticket for a direct mini bus. It should have been a 2.5 hour trip but ended up taking over 6 hours where we had to transfer buses 3 times and were dropped off in a different city and extorted for more money.

Not enough pillows no.blanket covers no bath mats for 1st night when asking for extra they xannot provide manager said and 2nd night no hosuekeeping was done today despite them cleaning other rooms and going into our room to empty only rubbish bin leaving glasses there plates dirty couch dirty bathroom dirty, manager was informed didnt come.and do.anything about it only advised in a non assuring way she will only.talk to housekeeping the next day so no quality assurance at all she was very rude and obviously didnt want to help us and clean our room today either. We had accident coffee on blanket they refused to swap cover this afternoon for us also advised they do not have any spare sheets. Slept with no blanket cover disgusting unhygenic practice tonigtht. no laundry services for past 2 days no hot water for 2 days Asked laundry manager housekeeping manager and recpetionist manager about all.of.the above all.were very rude and uncooperative today this afternoon. Staff Refused to do our laundry today in morning and managers refused in afternoon although they are advertising on hotels.com and on their front desk that they do daily housekeeping and laundry services and today they did not behave like a hotels.com partner as they were in the past 4 years that we went, new management is a disgrace. This isnt how anyone should run a hotel. Cat poo all around the breakfast area and pool area i told them and they didnt clean it so cannot swim in pool either due to sickening smell

The place needs an urgent upgrade, rundown, carpets and bathroom poor, man at reception unfriendly to rude

Nice big comfy beds! 5 minute walk to the beach, and tonnes of restaurants and bars nearby. 5 min walk to the “strip” nightlife - which was great fun! Room was clean and had everything we needed. House keeping every day. We turned up at the hotel after having a nightmare room at another. No problem in showing us a room before we purchased. The lady even suggested we book online if it was cheaper. Quick and easy check in. Thank you!

Door lock would not work brought to reception attention nothing done. Someone doing construction at 930 am above my room after there was a party till 2am in court yard
