New Patong Premier Resort

un hotel tres bien situé a 200 metres du centre ville avec une piscine propre et assez grande pour 6 personnes. je tien a remercier la receptioniste de nuit qui est tres agreable. les chambres sont plutot propre . je recommande l'hotel pour un prix qui reste abordable

Good value hotel in a convenient location. The hotel has a nice pool and garden and is quite at night. There are restaurants, tour operators, massage service and bike hire all at the hotel. A nice simple breakfast is also available

Overall decent. But tiny bugs were seen in the bathroom.

Olimme hotellissa. Hotelli pyysi meiltä lisää rahaa, ei kuulema ole saaneet maksua . Uhkaa poliisilla . Olivat kuitenkin tarkastelleet vikavarausta. Pitkän matkan jälkeen vastaanotto ei ollut kovin miellyttävä, väsyneenä. Tämä kaikki selvisi vasta muutama päivä saapumisemmme jälkeen, siihen asti olimme muukalaisia. En suosittele.

Second time staying here because of location (8 mins walk to beach) secluded pool (open 24 hrs) great big bed in air-conditioned rooms plus free wifi. About 1 km to Jungceylon shopping mall but loads of small stands selling great stuff on the walk. Bangla Road about 1km too with loads of bars for busy night-life. Recommend for location and pool. Will definitely stay there again

check in was an ordeal because there was no staff to be seen, eventually was served by a woman that had been sitting with a group eating. later found out the group were all staff and that was all they did most of the day. room was falling apart, all electricity to room is cut when your not in there so impossible to keep and food or drinks cold, no hot water in the shower, room was barely cleaned for the 5 days I stayed. asked for an ice coffee at the onsite café and was told no because they didn't have ice, second time I went there to get a coffee for breakfast and told nobody could make one. Overly the staff treated the place like it was there holiday and you were interrupting it by asking simple things. would be a nice resort with some much needed maintenance and better staff. location was good and layout of resort was great.

Property has such great potential and charm, too bad they do not maintain the property. electrical problems, air conditioners needing replaced, sauna does not exist, it is a storage closet now. Breakfast is a joke, not worth the 150 TBH. The staff acted as if guest were an inconvenience that interrupted their socializing. Maybe new management and staff turn over is in order

So so. Average hotel. Value for money however WiFi could be improved. Hotel is in a good location for the beach, Bangla Road and other local attractions. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. Rooms are generally clean bed was comfy. A bit dated could do with a big decoration

The rooms are run down the bathroom sink was terrible and very noisy. Apart from all the street noise I could here the guy cough his lungs out all day from the pool area.

Buon hotel vicino al mare ,tranquillo ottimo per famiglie !!! Unico neo.......asserire di avere una palestra!!!!! Purtroppo è un angolo con una macchine rotta e arrugginita non utilizzabile!!! Tanto vale non asserire di averla!!!!
