Room was comfortable and clean and the service was great. Everyone was friendly and worked to make sure that we were happy. ESPN sports bar has great food and is reasonably priced.

"Rude and manager needs to customer service"

We paid for a hot tub room, when we checked in we was told that there was an issue with water but suppose to b working by 6pm. 8 pm comes we call down to ask about running water n the building as we have a hot tub and no water. They stated at that time they didn’t have an update we can call manager in the morning to try to get money back or something. 335am we was woken up to loud screaming n the pipes as the water was then getting turned back on. We had to walk to boat to use a restroom, we should not have to pay full price for a hot tub room with no running water. Next morning we called front desk for manager was told manager was not in as well as the water being off has nothing to do with the casino hotel it’s the city of council bluffs. We still asked for manager voicemail it’s been 3 days and no call back still.

Was told at check in that there was a water main break, given an estimated time of 4-6 hours, not the property's fault in any way. Water was restored 15 hours later, 2 hours before I checked out. Waste of a hot tub room. I wish I had stayed somewhere else.
