Location is great, beds are comfortable

On the second morning there was a bug in the tub, not enough creamer or sugar for coffee. Also arrived 10 mins earlier than check in, was not wanting to wait for the room but was told there was a 10 charge, if it was more than 15 mins but it was probably less than 10 mins and had already been on the road and was ready to relax. I'm sure with the event going on near by and being completely booked the hotel could of waived a 10 fee. So in future check ins ill make sure I get there after check in, or go stay at one of your neighboring hotels.

"Not as nice as expected for the money"

Bathroom tub was dirty; sink was clogged requiring maintenance to replace pipes under the sink “because they gave way when they attempted to clear the clog.” Beds were made, but looked like someone had slept on them.

"Fun trip"

We stayed at the Ameristar as our son had a golf tournament and why not make it a little more fun! We loved the food at the sports bar. The room was nice and clean and the service was excellent. We will definitely go back.

Really needed a moment away from life and this did it to perfection. Was relaxing with amazing food and staff that acted like they actually wanted to be there. It was the perfect Staycation and I couldn't thank everyone enough.
