The location was good and it was on a quiet street.

It’s very sad because it is a nice property that could be a beautiful place to stay and maintained much better. The room was horrible. It didn’t look anything like the photo they portrayed it to be. I also woke up in the middle of the night too, about 20 cockroaches in the bathroom and on the tables. Our room was horrible, but the bed was comfortable to put it lightweight it was nasty. It has two courtyards which are not well maintained and trash in the parking lot. It’s too bad it could be a great property. If someone would take care of it. Check-in was very weird. Broken furniture, dirty ceiling fans. I let them know they didn’t really seem to care and the price that you pay for this room is not worth it. It does not look like the photos that are shown on Booking.com at all. I would never recommend bringing your luggage in the room. You will bring home roaches.

It was a very new experience.Not having any staff on site and checking in to a kiosk. I I also have never had a code to get into a room and not received a room key. Everything worked fine though and the kiosk gentleman was nice and professional. the room and the grounds were great.Very clean well maintained.I liked that it was close to downtown.But a little off of 89A I also liked that there's only a few rooms there.

The bed was extremely soft and needs to be replaced. When I first came in the room, I sat down on the right side and the bed nearly fell through the frame to the floor. I slept on the left side, The jacuzzi was too cool for me. There was a 102 out during the day. So I understand that maybe they don't have it as hot. I went in the evening and it was barely warm. I would have given everything an excellent rating.If it wasn't for these two things. All in all, it's a great hotel and I'll stay there again.And request the same room.

Clean. Great value for the area. Would stay again.

The hot tub was not hot. We went back at 10 am to take showers (check out is at 11) and the code to our door had already been changed.

We were advised we could not stay there, after they took the money the day b4. We chose this as it stated it was dog-friendly only to discover it was not. I have a 12 pound Malti-Poo, then he said if not a service dog cannot rent you the room! No , we will issue you a refund nothing! We paid for two nights, he also asked if i had a passport. I said yes but i am not travelling out of state, why on earth would you need it …. plus the guy was in a kiosk, not easy to communicate at all. I plan to contact again the Chamber of Commerce and alert them. Not many older clients would like this set-up at all. Very very disappointed. Luckily i did take out Insurance and hopefully i will get my refund back, otherwise you will see me in court! Not acceptable at all and you should not list your establishment as dog friendly when it is not.

Location was okay, quiet.

Didn't like speaking to an "ATM" machine instead of a live person in front of me. I especially Didn't like punching in 9 characters/numbers every time to enter the room.

Not much other than location.

Place is not even as good as a low cost motel. Dirty, very loud, cock roaches infested especially in the bathroom. I do not recommend at all. We have stayed there 4 times over the past 5 years. The ownership has changed and the place has significantly gone down hill.
