オフィスにモニタ１台で、そこにテネシー在住のアルバイトの方が座っており、すべてそのモニタを通じての対応でした。土曜日でセドナ観光地のすべての駐車場が埋まっているとき、どうすればいいかとか、どこにいけばいいかとか、音声状態の悪いモニタを通じて、しかもセドナをまったくしらない相手に相談も不可能で、効率性を追求するあまり、とてつもなく不親切な対応だと感じました。

The bathroom as clean. And the bed was comfortable.

The room smelled like urine and the hot tub water was green. The building steps were rusty but still stable.

Steps. No elevator. No room service. No robes. Horrible towels. Poor lighting
