This is not somewhere that should be called a retreat. The hallway is so very loud right outside where you sleep and room 3 with its very loud machine outside the window was horrible amd sadly we would not go back soon.

We loved the property. Everyone was very helpful. A few glitches. One of the burners on the BBQ did not work so it was difficult cooking the platters. There were no restaurants open on Wednesday night. The property lost power for 2 hours on Thursday morning so impossible to use bathroom.

Great room. Some really nice extras such as free port / chocolates during the evening. Great breakfast.

Pool could do with a clean. Manager though not unfriendly appeared to be preoccupied on the phone. We felt they were having some issues re recruitment.

Nice small Hotel with easy ambiance.

Sehr guter Zustand des Gebäudes und wunderbarar Garten.

Das Personal machte Dienst nach Vorschrift. In der Gegend gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten für das Nachtessen.

Schönes Ambiente, hochwertige Ausstattung und ein sehr schönes Zimmer

Wir haben vorher per Mail abgeklärt, inwieweit beim Frühstück auf spezifische Allergien eingegangen werden kann. Es hieß, dass dies kein Problem sei, aber als wir dann da waren musste meine Freundin größtenteils ihr selbst mitgebrachtes Frühstück essen. Die zusätzliche bestellten Speckscheiben wurden dann sogar noch abgerechnet. Außerdem würde ich unter „Frühstück inbegriffen“ bei dem Preis/ Niveau etwas mehr als Toast und Aufschnitt erwarten. Die (gegen Aufpreis) erhältlichen Eggs Benedict waren sehr lecker.
