Le lieu au cœur de la nature,, la chambre, le calme, le chant des oiseaux

Le manque d'information sur les équipements de l'hôtel (piscine extérieure couverte), le petit déjeuner décevant (choix des produits), le service pas très orienté client, l'impossibilité de réserver un massage pour deux 10 jours avant notre arrivée, l'horaire d'accès au spa (fermeture 17h), le manque de restauration sur place (plateaux de fromages / charcuterie à réserver à l'avance, pas de vin), dommage que l'expérience client n'ait pas été au rendez-vous dans un aussi beau lieu.

The location is impeccable. We loved the rolling hills and proximity to local attractions. The staff were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. We loved the staff!!!

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as other places we stayed (bouncy springs- feel every movement by other person) and the walls are very thin so that I could hear every word of the people in the next room when I was in the bathroom. Not a big deal but not ideal. There are also up charges for absolutely everything so be aware!
