Dar El Médina

Très bon accueil ! Petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux dans la belle salle du restaurant ! Le rooftop est très agréable pour diner et voir la ville.

Le Dar el Médina est un endroit magnifique comme beaucoup de Dar en Tunisie. Le personnel était vraiment sympathique et nous a conseillé et aidé dans notre voyage. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et très très bon. La chambre était une véritable suite avec un coin repos très apprécié.

Le bruit de la Médina... Je n'étais pas prête...🫣 Pour les personnes sensibles au bruit s'abstenir car cela peut vite prendre la tête. Entre les prières des hauts parleurs, les bruits du scooter et de vie de la Médina et les bruits du Dar c'est assez bruyant... boule quies oblige !!

Ottima posizione , locale ben curato , staff 10 e lode , Siamo stati benissimo: servizio impeccabile e un'atmosfera davvero accogliente. consiglio di pranzare e cenare in struttura molto più di un ristorante, un'esperienza culinaria che racconta una storia, puoi scegliere dove cenare in terrazza dove si deve tutta la citta'!

We had a serious issue during our stay. While we were away from the property between approximately 9:00 and 15:00, housekeeping entered our occupied room and removed personal belongings without permission. Our clothes were taken out of the room and later found in a common area (the kitchen), which confirms they were handled and moved by staff. After this incident, we discovered that 200 € in cash that had been stored inside a personal item in the room was missing. We reported the situation immediately to the property, but there was no clear explanation provided regarding what happened to the money. We find it unacceptable that guests’ personal belongings were moved from an occupied room, and we are very concerned about the lack of control and responsibility in handling guest property. We hope the management improves procedures to ensure guest belongings are respected and secure.

Lovely inn in a lively and quaint area of Tunis medina, with gorgeous rooms with balconies and plenty of space. But the staff at this hotel is the real plus here. My husband was sick and one manager walked me around the medina to six different pharmacies on a Sunday night to find him medicine. Above and beyond the call of duty. They were incredibly wonderful and helpful at every turn. The breakfast is huge, with fresh yogurt and granola, omelets and pancakes, and fresh breads, coffee and juices. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place for a fresh fruit juice, lunch or dinner. They're ready to help you with anything here, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Tunis. Wonderful experience.

Wifi isn't really secure, would be great to make it one with password.

La situation gégraphique

El personal es agradable, el hotel muy pintoresco, bien ubicado para vivir la medina. Las zonas comunes muy bonitas y en buen estado de conservación y limpieza a pesar de ser un antiguo palacio de 1820.

El cuarto de baño de mi habitación no estaba en condiciones debido a la humedad de la bañera, las cortinas y las paredes con moho. Eso hacia que la habitación oliera a moho. Poca iluminación. Salir y entrar de la bañera era complicado. La limpieza de la habitación y el baño muy deficiente, suerte que nosotros no manchamos mucho. No cambiaban las copas que usábamos. Con el desayuno tuve dificultades. No como gluten y en lugar de los bollos, bizcochos y tortitas que ponían yo pedía fruta y eso era un problema hasta que decidí comprarla yo misma. Siempre me decían que no había y después de discutir, la sacaban. También era difícil desayunar pronto para llegar a tiempo a las excursiones.
