"Wonderful location."

Lovely location and views over St Andrews passage. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good parking.

Bathroom. Nowhere to put toiletries. Nowhere to hang hand towel by basin. One of our two rooms had ongoing problems with Internet which kept dropping out.

"Positive experience in Baddeck"

We had a nice stay in the Silver Dart one bedroom McNeil House suites. Clean and spacious. Odd bathroom setup, but this was not a big issue. Very close to town, so able to walk everywhere. The front desk hosts were friendly and provided good info about the area. The little giftshop in the lobby was quite reasonably priced. We did not eat here, so have no info about the restaurant. We did not have kids with us, but it would be a wonderful family place. Lots of lawn, a playground and nice pool. Laundry available for guest uses was clean and well maintained. We were glad that we chose this place while in Baddeck.

The silver dart is one of my favorite places to stay . I’ve been coming to Cape Breton to drive the Cabot Trail for 40 plus years . The Silver Dart has never disappointed. Friendly staff and great food . Can’t wait till next year !
