We had a really nice time in this hotel. Thank you to the staff that kindly helped us to clean up the kettle which had a bit of limescale built up over time. Thanks for that.

Staff were friendly. Location is kind of convenient (about a 15 min walk to Queen St mall). Some maintenance was needed on the room. The toilet was slow to flush and making noises. We only stayed one night, so it was ok.

The Staff are super friendly, The rooms are small. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the Hotel Policy to attend\refresh rooms on the 3rd day does not reflect the rate.

Central to the city of Brisbane. The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff were fantastic. Highly efficient. I love the shower. The fridge could be a bit bigger. overall it is a great place to stay.
