The size of the room and the professional handling of our registration by the Receptionist

I initially booked for 2 nights and was charged the full price. Due to travel changes, I canceled the first night online 5 days before arrival. According to the cancellation policy, cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival are free. However, I have still not received the refund of ZAR 2,328.48 after almost one week.

Too much external noise for our liking, late night and early morning. Layout of hotel meant we never went near Reception from check-in to check-out.This felt a bit weird.
