(1) room had a musty smell from the carpet (2) no amenities in the room at all, no body lotion, no bottled water, no bedroom slippers (3) bed was not comfortable. Too springy

Geluidoverlast in restaurant. Veel.galm en oeverloos geschuif van meubels over vloer. Tip: stel een viltjes plakker aan.

"Poor service"

Breakfast is a disaster. Coffee machines never have anything in them. It's so busy you queue for everything. You can be out all day and get back and the room isn't cleaned. Then at 5pm there's a knock on the door, and they spend no more than 2 or 3 minutes pulling the bed together, mop the floor etc Bar closes ar midnight and there's no night porter service afterwards. TV in the room has only basic channels Mini bar has one beer. I will not stay here again.
