Havila Hotel Geiranger

Rather a disappointing stay, alarm went off several times early in the morning. Room rather basic considering what it cost. But the hotel was in a great location.

While the location is good, the service and breakfast options (esp for vegetarians/ vegans) need lot of improvement. The room was not cleaned during entire day and the response provided was sub-optimal. Other hotels in Norway have given a significantly better experience.

Atendimento impecável, café da manhã foi simplesmente perfeito e o hotel excelente e muito bem localizado. A vista da varanda do nosso quarto foi uma das mais linda e espetaculares dos inúmeros hotéis que já nos hospedamos.

It's a really nice hotel. I would highly recommend getting a room that has a view of fjjord. The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms are a very good size and the breakfast is really really nice. I think many of the reviews here are fake as we had a fantastic time here with great service, lovely rooms and great food.

Spectacular architecture is of no use to me if physical well-being (eating in a restaurant) is not guaranteed. Bäd müsste auch eine Renovation erhalten I will not come back to your Hotel.

Mass tourism at it´s best. Awful breakfast. No personality, low service.....there is nothing more to say.

A visit to Geiranger Fjord is incomplete without staying at this hotel. We didn't close the curtains all night to enjoy the stunning view of the fjord from our window. The delicious breakfast, served with an incredible view of the fjord, is the perfect way to start the day. Always opt for a fjord-facing room, even if it comes at a premium.

Very old fashion and not good for business use. Would not recommend this hotel at all, especially for business use. Wi-fi very bad.

Worse customer service in my 50+ years of travel in 7 continents!!! Unresponsive management. Spent a night and there was a dog barking all night close to our room. This dog was seen by many guests and was huge. In fact several guests were scared to be in the elevator when the dog was there with their owners. The TV did not work. WIFI did not work The cane chairs in the balcony were broken. We did not attempt to use for fear of falling down When I complained to the check out clerk her response was she will tell the manager who would respond!!! Nothing so far after 3+weeks. Some of her responses For TV she wanted me to check the batteries in the remote!!! How? I dont keep spare batteries with me to test!! Wifi was under repair according to her. Phones were not available as the building was old and they were fixing it She wanted to know why I didnt complain in the night. I told her if the phone and or Wifi worked , I could have complained.. Not a single word of apology and or any adjustments from th e hotel so far!!!
