Excellent location. The room was exceptionally clean, beautiful and felt like home. The service was great.

Location, spacious room, nice patio with chairs, ample parking, easy to find from the road, very clean, lots of daylight and had everything we need

Queen bed was quite a tight fit for 2 adults and mattress was soft, so did not sleep too well. The air conditioning unit was also quite loud. Not huge issues, just personal preference.

A hospitable and charming small inn, with thoughtful southern decor, and little touches that makes one feel special and welcomed. A china teacup & saucer with Taylors tea. Magazines showcasing southern hospitality. Colorful hanging flower baskets outside the room door. The peaceful/restful view of green meadows that slope downward toward Lake Seneca. Private deck with chairs to sit outside to enjoy the view. I appreciated a sliding door that allowed fresh air inside. I enjoyed morning coffee while gazing at the view and listening to birds chirping. I am glad the owner told me about the Outlet Trail near Penn Yan and to try the Spotted Duc ice cream. I came to hike Watkins Glen, and staying here was an added bonus.

Nice comfortable room with small deck with lake view. Quiet location. Friendly owner on site 24/7.

I would have preferred breakfast to have been offered as there were no restaurants within several miles. Described as waterfront but was actually lake view from a distance.

The location was very convenient on Seneca Lake, in between Geneva and Watkins Glen. The host (Jeff) was wonderful. The room was so charming and comfortable. I had a great time and highly recommend the inn.
