Hotel Esplanade

The building, corridors and bathrooms have seen better days. But the rooms were nice and classy.

Stayed here three nights and found it better than expected. Yes the decor is 1980ies, the facade needs a renovation, the windows need to be replaced and staff has a little attitude - but the location between beach and shopping district is great for a short stay and our room was well maintained.

Good location and clean hotel, room was too hot AC did not work properly, and breakfast was not good...

Friendly staff and excellent location. The rooftop restaurant offers spectacular views.

Great location; in fact there is no better location in Pescara that being close to the riviera and to the core center. But a bit outdated in terms of amenities. Staff is great!

The hotel is ideally situated within Pescara but unfortunately just a little tired. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant staff were efficient. Not a vast range at breakfast but enough. The room was clean but could do with a little modernisation and a new carpet. The out side could do with a fresh lick of paint. We did have a great sea view from our room and the view from the restaurant was also great.

My fourth time back and the experience is always excellent!

Excellent location right on the beach, lots of shopping and great restaurants. Rooms are a bit dated/tired, but comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts ok, not great.

Very traditional hotel set in a perfect location. Staff are always friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
