Beach View

I booked the Beach View Hotel as a treat for my wife’s 50th birthday. So, so glad I did. From the moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming, friendly and nice. Its on the West coast of Barbados a stones throw from Holetown (which is charming and worth a visit. Take the yellow bus from the main road by hollering on the street for a fun experience. The location is perfect. The nearby beach is great, although won’t take long to explore. The cafe onsite serves an incredible breakfast. We counted 3 pools and our favourite was the smaller one near the cafe. All guests while we were there seemed friendly and polite. The room was huge, well maintained and the bed was comfy. Taxis were ordered any time we needed them (take cash with you). We visited tons of nearby restaurants (Lonestar, Caribe, La Cabane and QP Bistro). The airport is about 45 mins away. There is literally nothing not to love about this hotel. Yes there are some with more bling or glitzy street appeal, but you can’t go wrong at Beach View. We will return, no question at all. Thanks to all the staff for a memorable visit.

We had a one bed suite which smelt strongly of damp - a manager came round and offered us some fabrezze and suggested keeping doors open all day, which wasn’t safe and meant we got plagued by mosquitos. For the price it was pretty unacceptable and the smell didn’t go all week… We could hear loud thudding from our upstairs neighbours from 6am. The beach mentioned in other posts is thin strip of sand next to a very noisy road - it’s nice to look at but you wouldn’t spend any actual time there. On the positives - staff at the little shop were lovely, kitchen facilities were good and rooms cleaned well daily. The pools are nice but again the road is very loud most days. I wouldn’t recommend staying here - we may have been unlucky on the room so at least avoid 104!

Just returned from the most amazing stay at Beach View Resort Hotel, Barbados and I can’t recommend it enough! 🌴✨ From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The villa was incredibly spacious, perfect for relaxing in comfort and beautifully maintained throughout. It truly felt like a home away from home. The grounds were spotless and so well kept, which made walking around the resort such a pleasure. You can tell the team take real pride in maintaining the property to a high standard. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean and comfortable place to stay in Barbados, Beach View Resort Hotel is definitely worth it. I’ll absolutely be returning! ☀️

Beachview is a really nice place to stay with courteous, efficient and helpful staff. The rooms and apartments are clean and well maintained. With three pools, plenty of sun beds, a restaurant , bar, gym and on site shop there is plenty of space for everyone.

Had 15 nights at this hotel - garden apartment with kitchen and terrace - super large room with excellent facilities - could not want for more - everywhere clean and the gardens were immaculate - loved the relaxed vibe of this hotel and really lovely to see the owners walking around and saying hi - loved the new bar - restaurant was really good and great breakfasts and lunches there too - great position to be opposite the cliff restaurant and qp bistro - and a 45 min walk to Holetown where there are more great restaurants - this hotel was just lovely and we had the most relaxed and comfortable holiday we have had in a long time - would definately come back here in a heartbeat - should we visit this area of Barbados again

We have stayed at Beach View on a number of occasions and every time we have visited the experience has been amazing. Being on the west coast the location is superb. The staff are always extremely kind and friendly. The hotel rooms / villas are spotless. We are so looking forward to returning very soon and we would 💯% recommend this hotel to our family & friends.

Family run property with beautiful views. So many hotels on the West Coast are now all inclusive but Beach View gives you the freedom to explore other restaurants and bars on the island or eat in if preferred.

We stayed for 10 nights as a family of four in a three bed villa over Christmas and New Year, on our second visit to the property. The stay was excellent overall, with friendly, helpful staff throughout. A particularly lovely touch was the homemade cookies left on our door on Christmas Eve. The only observation is that the onsite restaurant, the Sugar Apple, seemed to have slipped a little since our last visit.

its very unusual for my wife and I to return to the same holiday hotel, this was our 4th visit to Beach View. It has a range of property types, we stay in the Hotel. Its a room with a ground floor patio as well as a small shared entrance with laundry facilities. Ideal if travelling light and / or staying a while. A host of places/ beaches along the west coast to visit, albeit our day usually starts with a swim in Paynes Bay followed a cup of tea and cereal / eggs for breakfast from our little kitchennette.

Lovely hotel, well run, liked the ability to self-cater if required. Casual, not stuffy, relaxing, great all-round hotel with good location and beach access. Have rated 3/5 for value as it wasn't cheap, but for the location and quality, it was good value. Rated 4/5 for sleep as for me, the pillows were a bit hard. This is being picky as everything else was superb. Would stay again.
