Wait time for food was crazy! No separate lunch and dinner menu.

This is a superb hotel! Staff are excellent and super friendly. Our room was huge with amazing sea views. The location is very good and would definitely recommend staying here.

Only one down side worth mentioning and that’s the length of time it takes to get food at the Sugar Apple Cafe! It’s a lovely place and the food is good but the food wait time is absolutely crazy!! Also not having a separate lunch menu isn’t great. The lunch and dinner menu are the same but I good they will improve this and provide a separate and different lunch menu and also sort out the food times. Apart from this the place is more or less perfect!!

What a great find. We spent 5 nights at Beach View and really wished we had booked for longer. It’s in a great location with shops and bars in easy walking distance & Holetown only a short bus or taxi ride away. It’s clear there is a positive staff culture here. All the staff are happy in their work which makes for a great warm and friendly atmosphere. The quality of the food at both the Sugar Apple Cafe and The Hut is excellent. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you to all the team who helped make our stay such a special one.

The location was very good. Just across the road from the beach, close to Holetown and within walking distance to great beaches.

Initially we were placed in a ground floor, three bedroomed apartment with no balcony. We were very disappointed to be placed in such a dark apartment with no balcony and right on the main busy road. After approaching the owner, Robin, he said he would try to sort it out. Within an hour he informed us we would be moving to an apartment with a balcony. We ended up in a beautiful, bright apartment with a big balcony overlooking the sea. Our wonderful holiday started at that point. Thanks to Robin and his daughter.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. great location near some good beaches and restaurants.

Beach View was amazing for a family holiday, the accommodation was perfect for us with kitchen, lounge and 2 large bedrooms The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was a very memorable stay and we would definitely come here again,

Honestly, Beach View was delightful from start to finish. The rooms were immaculate, the food was amazing, and the thoughtful little touches made a real difference from beach sun loungers and shopping bags to food waiting in the fridge on arrival and the great range of products available at the shack. The staff were friendly and helpful, with nothing ever too much trouble. A true gem on the island.

Rooms were large and clean. Unfortunately we did not have any sort of view

Our mattress was worn and had a huge hollow space. We tried to move and they would have accommodated but the place was full. The attitude of the staff in some instances was bizarre in being dismissive and rude, as if we were wasting their time. Cleaning staff person rolled her eyes and was mad when i told her that we didn’t want our room cleaned at 9 am and to come back in 2 hours. However, some other staff members were very pleasant.
