Beach View

This was our second stay at Beachview having had such a tremendous experience a few years earlier. We were welcomed back like old friends, all of our instructions for arrival including the provision of groceries were delivered , room booked in the desired location - we were even checked in by the owner. Brilliant location for Payne’s Beach, local restaurants and drinking spots, superb attentive staff, love the upper pool by the villas and cafe (which serves great food) and the new Stedes Bar is a fabulous addition

I had a great experience at the hotel. I booked a villa and we had more than enough space for 6 women to have space. I also liked having 2 patio areas. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. It was clean every day and having a pool steps away was fantastic. Parking is easy and the staff helps do everything from getting a rental car to booking taxis.

Amazing stay, super friendly and helpful staff who came round within minutes anytime we needed anything. The beach hut, sugar cafe and the pub were great we played pool and darts most evenings. Also used the spa for massages which were really good. It was super easy to hire a car from reception, and the location of the hotel was very convenient. Highly recommend this for a great stay in Barbados!

The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean and well stocked. Down side no real bar just small hut. No good beach close and you take your life in your hands crossing the main road to the beach. The road noise did not bother us at night but this area is a bus ride to all the bars and restaurants in Holetown.

We’ve just had yet another lovely stay of 16 nights at BV. We always book the Ylang Ylang villas (hotel room) as they’re quiet and look over beautiful gardens. We don’t have a sea view, but we’re not concerned about that. As usual, the room was spotless and very well equipped and maintained. We enjoyed our time very much and will return next year. Thanks to Robin, Hazel and Carrie for the hospirality and the cocktail party.

We had a wonderful stay here (11 nights). Our apartment had sea and pool views and a lovely balcony area. The apartment was modern, very spacious and very well equipped. The resort has 3 pools and a short walk to the beach, numerous restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop outside which provides easy access to Holetown and supermarkets in both directions. The staff were fantastic and we were blown away by the owner and his family who have a very hands on approach to their business. You can see the pride they take in it. The grounds are immaculate and the whole resort has a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The on site restaurant had lovely food but it was nice to have a well equipped kitchen in our apartment so as to also be able to cook fresh fish from time to time (which is sold by Miss Young at the fish market across the road). There is a small on-site shop which could supply basic essentials (fresh milk etc) which was convenient and they had a vendor who sold fresh fruit and vegetables a few times during our stay too. They show live sporting the pub and by the restaurant area which is a bonus for those of you who like to watch Premier League Football etc). The owner (Robin) invited us to his home (along with other guests) for sunset drinks one night which was a very personal touch, his wife and the rest of his family were charming and generous hosts which we appreciated and enjoyed very much. We very much hope to come back soon.

An exceptional place to stay. The staff are more than helpful and always extremely happy. The room was a fantastic size and always superbly clean. The choice of pools suited everyone's differing requirements and the gardens are beautiful. The location is really good too. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Spacious 2 bed apartment just above the cafe. Superb accommodation - cook as much or as little as you like. There are a good few restaurants within 10 minutes walk - hiring a car for a couple of days is a cost effective way of seeing more of the Island. Taxis are good value when using the Pick up Caribbean app. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. We have stayed in all exclusive hotels previously, but we found this to be a far more enjoyable experience.
