I always stay here when I am in the Norfolk area. From previous experiences, this hotel has always been friendly, clean and in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was included which is a plus. The food was fresh and the young lady in charge of the meal was so friendly and willing to help in any way to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Check-in was friendly and the front desk staff also spoke when we walked by and checked to see if we were doing well. Thank you Holiday Inn Express Norfolk for a great time both past and present!

Not too much to say I didn't like. I was very satisfied and well taken care of.

"Over all it was a nice stay, only one night this time."

Convenience to everything. Very clean, quiet floor.

I would have preferred a walk-in shower. The sleeper sofa is not comfortable even when you put down your own blankets to try to make the padding thicker.
