Lotus Boutique Inn and Suites

There must only 2 or 3 rooms in the photos that have been remodeled place was dirty , bead spread had stains , only thing good I can say about this hotel is that the view was fantastic !

Was not told ahead of time I needed 100 deposit while checking in could not stay

The rainfall shower was good and the proximity to the beach was great

Hot tub and fire pit didn’t work. The 2 remotes for TV didn’t work but they did find a replacement with no cover for the batteries that did work. We did see a roach but that was it.

Nothing!

The room was old and smelly. The bathroom door wouldn't shut completely. The safe wouldn't work. The mattress on one of the beds was old to where the bars hurt your back. Overall, I've had better rooms. The price was overpriced for this kind of room.

Over the years I've always been pleased.

All three days I noticed roaches in the room. Not over whelming, but none the less they were on and around the bed. I did mention the issue to the house keeper and the gentleman at desk when I returned my key. They are always very pleasant, however didn't remedy the problem Always enjoy the Lotus, Perhaps you could give me some compensation next year.

I liked that it was right on the beach and the room was clean.

The property was on the beach though we were not given a room with a view

The property was weather and salt worn and not very many parking spaces. Booked because it had a Jacuzzi and not informed it wasn’t working till we got there.

Great beach view. Place is starting to get a little run down. Some small repairs and paint could go a long way. We still stay there several times a year.
