We checked in at 11:30pm. When we got to our room, we noticed the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. We had reserved a refurbished room, but this room seemed like it was falling apart. For $1300 for 3 nights, I expected better than this. I called the front desk to request a different room, but one with our view wasn’t available. The front desk person was very kind and helpful and asked if housekeeping could come and clean the bathroom. I said that was ok and she said someone would be up. I waited over an hour and finally went to bed because it was 1am. There is no in room safe, no coffee pot, and the “mini bar” isn’t a fridge, you have to rent that separately. Truly disappointed.

"Aria a great hotel on the Vegas Strip"

We visit Las Vegas twice a year and we always stay at the Aria. The room rates are very reasonable especially you are a MGM awards member. It is centrally located and you can take the tram to the Bellagio and Park MGM. The do a wonderful job controlling the smoke through out the casino. There is a wide variety of great restaurants and they even have a food court. The fitness center and pool area is spacious and well maintained. The spa is perfect for a day of relaxation during your fast paced vacation.
