ARIA Resort & Casino

This was a painful experience. I had some billing issues that are still being resolved. The hotel is nice and the food hall is quite good, but expensive! I tried to have a drink at the bar in the casino but I was overwhelmed by the smoking. The Old Fashioned cost me $26 and that was just using the standard whiskey. Pretty crazy price for a not so great drink. I liked my room, but I was mistakenly billed for using the Mini bar even though I didn't touch anything. Honestly I think there are better places to stay for better prices around the strip. I wouldn't recommend this place. I was charged for a room on my credit card on a day I didn't stay there. I had to investigate why this was and finally got it resolved. What a pain!

Excellent accommodations and service with an upscale feel. Always a great stay.

I called the hotel 3 times, telling them that I would arrive around 10 pm. They said they added a note to my booking, but it was a lie. I arrived, and the room they gave me was not clean, the AC was not working properly, and the room smelled of smoke. I called the service desk, and they did not help. I had to walk back down to meet with the same person that I spoke to when I arrived. He said he told his manager, who was supposed to come to solve my problem. His manager did not come, but he called him and told him to replace my room to the non-smoking floor. I did not get my room until around 1 am. Also, I was charged $20 for overnight parking for all the nights I was there, while I was paying my parking ticket on the self-paying machine daily, and whenever I left. I was there for a business meeting, and we booked 21 rooms. I checked with my other coworker, and they all had issues. That was not the Aria hotel that I knew. Unfortunately.

Nothing actually after the bad experience. The moment I arrived, I faced issues that no one offered to help. I don`t think I liked anything after this.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Aria. Our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean with a nice view. It's the quietest place I've ever stayed in Vegas - we never heard another person from our room. It was a great place to get away from the craziness of the Strip. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom large and nice. I would have loved a few amenities in the bathroom, and a coffee machine would have been welcome in the morning as it's a pretty long walk to the lobby (and everything had long lines). The pool was lovely, and it was easy to get lounge space - more shaded spots would be nice, but it was a nice spot to relax for a few hours. Service was good - everyone we encountered was friendly. Restaurants were nice, we had some fun in the casino, and it was pretty easy to get around (though a very long walk to most other hotels and the tram takes longer than walking).

No guest fridge in room. Only mini bar fridge the guests couldn't use. So having cold water was a no go. Not good when temp is 110 degrees outside. Phone didnt work to bell desk so it took a long time to get luggage. Rarely had any black jack tables under $25 minimum. So we went to other hotel casinos. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
