Location is convenient enough to go everywhere within a short walk or using the tram. The room was super cleaned and spacious. Best part was the digital check-in via mobile app. It waked perfectly from the parking pass to room key. Just perfect!

Everything is AI our check was on-line paid for upgraded room and strip view but our room was so far from elevators and facing I-15 no staff available to help also injured my foot trying to get out of bathtub. Shower bathtub setup was not safe and very slippery. Very Disappointing was hoping for better after a long flight.

Front Desk and Reservation department employees were very rude. No customer service. No amenities in the room. Room was provided after 3pm. Also the entire time there were absolutely no servers in the casino to provide drinks.

​I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at the Aria Resort and Casino. While I chose the property for its reputation, there were two significant issues during my visit that impacted my experience. ​First, I had specifically booked and paid an additional fee for a room with a view of the Las Vegas Strip. Upon check-in, I was assigned an ADA-accessible room instead. When I addressed this with the front desk, I was informed that no other rooms were available to accommodate my original request. While I understand that hotel availability can fluctuate, I was disappointed that my pre-paid preference for a Strip-view room was not honored, nor was there an attempt to offer a resolution or a refund of the premium I paid for that specific room category. ​Second, I encountered unexpected difficulties with the parking process. I had pre-paid for parking, and I was assured by the front desk that my room key would grant me access to the lot throughout my three-day stay. Unfortunately, the key failed to work when I attempted to exit, resulting in me having to pay for parking again at the gate. Despite the prior assurance from the front desk that no further action was needed on my part, I ended up paying twice for the same service. ​I hope this feedback is helpful for your team to improve the guest experience, particularly regarding room assignment transparency and the integration of parking access for guests. I would appreciate it if someone from your management team could look into these discrepancies.

My experience at the hotel was not the best. On the second day, I had to call multiple times for room service. Each time I was told that someone would come, but no one ever showed up. After waiting all day and making several follow-up calls, I was finally told late that night that the only thing they could do was send towels, which they eventually did. I was disappointed by the lack of follow-through and communication. I understand that delays can happen, but repeatedly being told that someone was on the way and then receiving no service was frustrating. I expected better customer service and a more timely response to guest requests. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations and would make me think twice about staying here again.
