We had a great experience with Aria, The pool, meals Salt and Ivy, The food Proper hall was superb. The food was great and resonable. Easys had $2 oysters from 4 to 6 PM that were fabulions.

Great food but bad Uber service

$85.00 for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, no drinks. Walked away from that kiosk. $35.00 for a weak, watered-down Old-fashioned at The Lift. Very little gambling is available. Small casino floor. Pushed the Bellman button on the phone, on hold for 15 minutes, then transferred to the bell desk. Another 30 minutes before anyone showed up. I have $500 in free play on my MGM Rewards account. The slot I was on showed the Activate button, but when I pressed it nothing happened. An employee told me there's no free-play at Aria. I accepted an offer because it was an excellent room rate. I was in Las Vegas primarily filming a documentary, not seeking a luxury-resort experience. Again, the food prices were so high that I canceled an $85 burger-and-fries order and ate off-property for the duration of the trip. The ATM experience—$8.95 fee, voucher instead of cash, long walk to the cage, and ID/card verification—struck me as unnecessarily inconvenient. As a result, I do not see myelf choosing ARIA again, regardless of room discounts. Other MGM properties are preferable. I have stayed at Vdara and Cosmopolitan and enjoyed my stay. Aria does not offer anything that sets it apart from other casino hotels, except exorbitant prices.

Felt secure within the Hotel. Location ok. Close to Shops.

Booked Strip View room. Don’t recommend paying extra. Saw airport, tops of MGM Grand and Park. That’s a strip view apparently. When discussing on arrival I was advised to check out tomorrow and then try to rebook a BETTER strip view room. Didn’t make sense! Pool - having paid for a deck chair with umbrella - sun moves - people next to us moved and the pool girl put that umbrella down. When I asked if it could stay up I was told NO - when I asked why I was told nobody is sitting in that seat so it has to be down. 4pm - day is closing - no one is going to pay for that seat - so what’s the issue with leaving the umbrella up. It’s 41 degrees and I’ve paid for my seat. Logic didn’t work! Advised she would ask her boss and no one ever came back.

No hot waterin shower,sink faucets need replaced,shower head was almost completely plugged,front desk wouldn’t give me a detailed receipt when I checked out,then tried to charge me $31 for items from the mini fridge that we didn’t touch,Don’t even think about going to Carbones their Italian restaurant,4 couples went spent almost $1200 for very average food at best ,when I looked at that receipt they charged us $66 forWATER!We will never be back,what a joke!
