ARIA Resort & Casino

The good/great: Pool and hot tub are spacious and wonderful. Comfortable beds. Deep soaking tub is awesome. Price was very affordable—got a great deal.Hotel is centrally located on strip. Free tram to Bellagio. Needs improvement: very smoky in casino. I’ve been to other casinos where they are able to contain smoke better. In addition upon check in one of our rooms was not even cleaned. They did make it right—comped us credit and cleaned it right away. So a small hassle, but unclear how this happens to begin with. The unacceptable—the front desk staff needs some training on courtesy and taking time with customers to explain property/procedures. Front desk staff is rude and doesn’t adequately explain property and other needed information. Checking out they took out room key, which was needed to get out of garage. I realized this after leaving the line and had to get back in line to be rudely admonished that it was somehow my fault the front desk person collected my card. When we tried to get out of the garage the card didn’t work and we had to call for help. In addition, we had “credits” for food and beverage totalling $133 for both rooms. When I asked where the credit is on the bill she waved me off saying “we don’t put that on the bill, it’s taken off at the restaurant” So, there is no earthly way to know if they actually applied these so called credits unless you take a pic of every receipt. We still had a bill of $100 (minus resort fees which were clearly marked), but because of their invisible math, there is no way to tell if this is accurate or to dispute ir. Clever. Upon checking in, the front desk staff does not explain where anything is located nor the tablet in the room which is used to control everything in the room. They just churn and burn customers in. Because of the staff rudeness, my ranking went down one whole star. This property is a solid 4 star rank but rude uncaring front desk staff makes it a 3 star ranking.

I would run from this hotel.. If you want bloody washcloths that are filthy, dirty, you're welcome to stay here.If you want to walk on filthy dirty stained filled carpet stay here. You want rude staff stay here.

Great trip altogether. Great atmosphere and good food and wonderful stafff.And so beautiful

Good value, clean room, friendly staff. BYOTP though, it's rough and separates into layers -- I'm too fly for single ply!

No paper towels, and bath soap and shampoo

Plenty of staff for easy check in, Great stay, lovely rooms!
