Toscana Village Resort

Great location with panoramic views. Enjoyed the pools and facilities. Short but steep walk up the hill, however still very close to town and walkable for fit people.

Our second shower had no pressure and no hot water so 5 of us had to share the ensuite bathroom which got a bit crowded. The place is a bit dated however still really good value for what you pay and still a great stay!

Great location, sensational views and fabulous pools

Receptionist--so friendly and kind. Upgraded us to the 3-bdrm penthouse because of a room shift. Brought a buggy down to help us with bags to our room. Location--less than 5 minutes to the main street for restaurants and shops. Amazing views of the water from the hotel. Room--very spacious and clean. Kitchen is modern and updated. Espresso machine a plus! Some of bedrooms and bathrooms need updating but everything was clean and worked. Balcony was large and views were perfect. Great value and would stay here again!

Location--it has beautiful views which means it's on a big hill. The walk back is steep but there are benches along the driveway so you can take your time and enjoy the views. Also makes you feel better to walk strenuously after eating a heavy meal and treats. So we didn't mind it. Rooms--didn't like having carpet in the bedrooms but that's a preference. Noise--one side was facing the main street so if there are parties/concerts, you can hear it. We were there for Schoolies Week so there were loud parties on the main road. But it never went last 1030pm so we were ok with it. Also the other set of windows faced the pool, so you can hear when people are being loud but it was never at night. None of this really bothered us but just wanted to make people aware.

The hill to get there will hurt your calves but the view from your balcony is worth it!

Unfortunately our apartment was beyond filthy. The beds had been changed but the floors were extremely dirty with rubbish, lollies, chips under couches and coffee table. The cushions were just as dirty and lots of hair in bathrooms. We mentioned it at the reception and they did a great clean afterwards so it might have been a one time problem!

Pool

Our recent stay was disappointing in several aspects. The hotel is located on a very steep hill, and although the shops and the beach are nearby, walking back up each time was quite difficult. Inside the apartment, the sofa was very old and uncomfortable, and the flooring had outdated tiles that made the place feel worn out. Although the apartment was advertised as having a sea view, the view was only partially visible and did not match the expectations set in the listing. Despite booking through Booking.com, we were asked to provide our credit card details again at check-in for damage security purposes, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and there are several areas that need improvement.
