The hills can be steep to walk up on the way back

The property had exceptional views and the apartment was large with 2 balconies. The pool was also a favourite with the children.

The price you pay for a good view is the hill that you need to walk up when returning to the accommodation from the main town. It’s short but incredibly steep.

The view is incredible. The apartment was clean, spacious and reminiscent of Tuscany. Staff were friendly and helpful. An individual lock up garage is provided for guest's cars. Sitting on the spacious deck, overlooking the water is a pure delight.

There should be a warning that this resort is unsuitable for the elderly or anyone with limited mobility. Getting to the beach and shops requires a steep descent of 200 meters down a 24% gradient with a major road at the bottom. Climbing back up is exhausting or impossible if you are elderly. It doesn't stop when you reach the resort which perches on the side of the hill. You are confronted by more steps and steep driveways.. if you're young and fit, not a problem. For 80 year old me, a bit of a disaster. Grounds people start work before 8am so the rolling of carts on the driveways and use of leaf blowers can make sleeping in a challenge.

Large, and spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a large balcony with furniture. Large lounge and decent-sized kitchen with a separate room for a washer-dryer. Very comfortable and clean. Resort was close to a large supermarket which made self-catering easy. Good local information provided for visitors. Jo on Reception was very helpful both prior to and post arrival which was much appreciated.
