Loved the pool and white decor. Loved the many choices at the buffet. The rooms were nice. Things that could be improved: -towels available at the pool or beach -order pool/beach food by app on iPhone -usb outlets by the bed to charge iPhone Thanks!

Excellent hotel, very clean with gentle and competent staff, from the reception to the restaurants to the pool attendants and specially to the Grecoland Staff, great to entertain uor children, and to the Chief Bartender Socratis, great person, competent with drinks. Special mention to his Negroni, the only excellent Negroni that I could ever have outside of Italy.

Everything was great from the food to the service.

Our first and last all inclusive holiday. We booked for a no fuss vacation for guarenteed sun hoping for a relaxing break with good food and good service. The other reveiws lead us to this hotel. This food was very basic only the fine dining and the italian were good but most of the options were sold out if you book a table later than 2000hrs. The asian, greek and buffet were terrible, the greek was embarrassing considering the location. You need to download the app and pre book your nights in the restaurants before arrival as we found 4 of our 7 nights were completely booked and were forced to eat the buffet. When eating you are mostly forgotten so are always needing to get the attention of the servers to ask for a drink. Drinks at the pool are slow and served in paper cups and the cocktails are some of the worst ive ever tasted. The gym us very basic and can still only have 4 people in. Lastly you need to wake uo at 0700hrs as all the sunbeds around the main pool are claimed by 0800hrs and sometimes the guests dont show up to use them for severals hours. We kept an eye of several empty sun beds with towels on and they remained empty until 1300hrs but every time someone mentioned to a pool attendant they would move the belongings. The shower in our room was like a trickle of water meaning we needed to spend so much more time to get the salt and sa d off us. The room was ok nothing special. The whole experience has put us off visiting Greece in the future.
