Grecotel LUXME White

Our room was really dated and not corresponding to the pictures. We left after 2 days even if we paid for the whole week. Not returning

I would highly recommend / a few tiny bumps but a great stay overall.

THE MAIN PROBLEM ARE THE ROOMS,ESPESIALLY THE GARDEN VEW ROOMS.THEY ARE REALLY ROAD ROOMS,SMALL,VERY NOISY,WITH VIOLENT AC YOU CAN NOT REALY CONTROLL.SO YOU CANT OPEN THE DOOR TO THE BALCONY BECAUSE OF THE NOISE'AND YOU FREEZE,IF YOU SHUT THEM DOWN.THE HOTEL ROOMS NEED URGENT RENOVATION. THE FOOD WAS GREAT,SERVICE AT RESTAURANTS BAR AND THE BEACH EXELLENT,BUT THE ROOMS...REALLY DEPRESING

Rooms need serious renovation

The rooms were terrible and ccertainly not a 5 star level rooms (3 stars max) . The restaurants were nice but the rest was not what one would expect from a five stars hotel. When we arrived we were furious and request a immediate transfer to their sister hotel caramel grecotel . That was our best move and then we really entered a five stars expectation.

Service, dining, gym are very good. Beach is not perfect - mixed stones with sand with very limited space for sun beds. I realize that the hotel can do nothing about that. Wifi is not good - I've chosen extra capacity, but still the signal was not strong. Used gym every day - well equipped, in the midday might become too hot. The gym coach is very professional. I also liked connecting to the Guest service desk via Whatsup - that was very convinient. I requested room cleaning to be rescheduled from the afternoon to early morning, which was done immediately.

The room we stayed in was a little tired compared to the pictures on website and some minor niggles: no coffee machine, no alcohol or snacks in mini bar, air con bit noisy. Overall had a great time. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Thought buffet was good, not great. Al a carte restaurants really nice, great location by sea. Very hard to get sun beds as people reserve them very early.

Being next to the beach and a sea to swim in/ snorkel with fish was fabulous; sunsets were breathtaking every evening

i didn't get my booked room until the 3rd day of my break, their excuse wasn't plausible but my argument went nowhere. Although this did initially cause frustration it didn't spoil my holiday The hotel is very good & the staff can't do enough for you

A truly remarkable stay! Highly highly recommended. Full board/all-inclusive stay is well worth it! Great nightly entertainment too :)
