Good location, beds and staff. Spa and pool are well mantained and heated. Grocery store and tram are 5-10 minutes away, really close.

Beach is not ao close as described, it's a kittle bit konger, at least 400-500 metres

"Over all our stay was easy and access to the building was simple, reception were very professional and even assisted wit"

Space and ease of access, short walk to all the good things in surfers paradise without paying a massive premium The staff were easy going and were very happy to assist with any enquiries.

Bathroom was a little unkept (basin loose, lots of mould in shower, purchased mould eater and gave it a clean) Carpets weren’t very clean (stains and dirty)
