"Exceptional"

Location was great, very close to surfers paradise, tram, bus 740, and lots of food around. A large Coles just a few min walk away. Gym was adequate enough. Swimming pool size was ok though water was salty so not sure when the water was last replaced.

The carpets were dirty and the floor wasn't very clean to begin with. Carpark required skill in reverse parking ;)

Location and pool were great

Could have done with some modernisation and better cleaning. Dishwasher leaked, screws in walls where pictures used to be, dirty under coffee table and generally would have been nicer if it had a more thorough clean

Some things needed improvement e.g. the cleanliness of the grounds and possibly having more than 1 towel available for each guest

The room had everything that was needed to make a comfortable stay, comfy lounge & comfy beds.

The 2nd bedroom needs air conditioning.
