Pinctada Hotel Broome

Very clean, food is fantastic and the poolside service separates it from the rest. Favourite place to stay! Staff are accomodating and wonderful.

Location of room to pool. Facilities were good. Nice big bathroom. Parking was handy.

Some areas were looking a bit tired. Would have liked more food options but understand that we visited during wet season so perhaps more is available in busy times.

Loved the room design and the pool area, as well as the restaurant. Had the best dinner of our trip here. Front desk staff also lovely and helpful throughout our trip.

Would be nice to provide a body lotion in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and comfortable. My balcony overlooked the pool so afternoon drinks were very enjoyable. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Walking distance to Cable Beach and the local pub. All in all a wonderful holiday.

Loved everything

Loved the bed mattress and bathroom very nice garden view the set up of the whole suite was very nice and I thought the makeup towel was a nice touch too. Grateful for there to have been bottled water in the fridge staff were very nice would have liked to stay longer, would recommend and hopefully will be back

Disappointed no microwave or fork - couldn’t eat dinner at dinner time because I was anxious, when I finally calmed down and got an appetite it was 1030, everything was shut and I had no microwave for my microwave meal i traveled with for this exact reason. All pillows were the same, no variety therefore they were all way too high for me and found the pillows very uncomfortable.

The breakfasts were great. Good variety of food available and good choice on the menu of hot choices. Perfect poached eggs and could see us through until dinner at night. We ate three nights in the restaurant because the food was so good , the service friendly and attentive.
