The bar man was exceptional - so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. thank you. The breakfast man was also so so lovely. Well done to you both - you made our stay!

the room was not cleaned. Diamontes from the guest before were all over the floor, there was sticky drink drops all over the wooden floor boards. We had 2 towels only - no pool towels and no extra towels for hair drying. We have been going to the resort for over 3 years and the reception staff did not even acknowledge our return (there would have been notes in the system and they couldnt even use our name when checking in) I personally have a been a patron of the hotel since it opened when I used to live in broome and this by far was the worst treatment by check in staff. When checking out, we were not even shown the bill. The receptionist said "I have a bill for around $219 on your account - does that sound right". I was flabbergasted that she couldnt even print out the bill for me to check. She then promised me that she would email me the receipt. I still had not received anything by the afternoon and I had to follow up the hotel to get my invoice emailed to me. Such bad customer service. It is also disappointing to see the pool fall more and more into a state of disrepair. As I said, we are regular customers of the resort and to watch it degrade more and more every year is disappointing.

The property is a small hotel with a restaurant and pool. The rooms are a great size, with a nice tropical view. I visited in off season, so it was very quiet and calm. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Large room, similar to a studio apartment. Nice view over the pool with a generous balcony. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was heavenly!
