It’s beautiful but the Worst Beds Ever !! They are extremely hard , they feel like you are Sleeping on cardboard . It’s was a sleep less night and of the worse mattress I ever laid on . I was at the Holiday Inn Express earlier this week the bed was amazing !!!

The bed was completely uncomfortable and too firm and you can hear people and tvs through the walls I hated the bed my sleep was not good. I won’t be back

Avoid this hotel. No hot water and no explanation for lack of hot water. My family and I had to cut our vacation short just to return home to take a shower. Also concerning that a hotel with no hot water is also serving food.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WAS DENIED MY REFUND AFTER I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT CHECK IN AT 4 am NO WHERE DID IT STATE CHECK IN TIMES OR NON REFUNDABLE UNTIL AFTER THE FACT . I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM EVER AGAIN

Amazing Time & Amazing Vibes

Not a very well maintained property, non-attentive staff- ie multiple requests for things and this is not me being high maintenance it basic customer service. Poor quality food and service at the restaurant/bar. I don’t even consume alcohol just expect again basic level of customer service. Rooms are not well maintained, moldy shower, things like lights and tv not working. Hotel is very loud so not relaxing or a great environment to get any sleep. Oh and coffee and breakfast are not included, it’s a pay per item type service.
